A stainless steel Regulator dial automatic wristwatch by Chronoswiss, “Chronoscope” with papers, Ref:1523.

Description

Chronoswiss Chronoscope CH1523.  Stainless steel 38mm diameter case with automatic C.125 calibre movement.

White dial with white small seconds sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position, with small hours sub-dial at the 12 o’clock position. Sapphire crystal, with exhibition caseback. Blue croc leather strap with Steel pin buckle and with its original papers.

Chronoswiss, founded in 1983 by Gerd-Rüdiger Lang in Munich, Germany. I knew him very well and always admired his love for chronographs, he had an amazing collection of vintage Chronos, which I was lucky to buy some examples from him.

One of Chronoswiss most notable designs was the introduction of the Regulator dial, which became the brand’s signature. Inspired by historical precision clocks, Chronoswiss released the Régulateur wristwatch in 1988.

This is example is in excellent condition, ready to be worn and enjoyed.
